Terms
This policy uses the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation. The official definitions are set out in Art. 4 GDPR.
Hosting and server log files
njams.com is operated at a hosting service provider. When you call up the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the web server, where it is logged:
- Date and time of the request
- Name of the requested file and the referring page
- Access status and volume of data transferred
- Browser and operating system used
- IP address of the requesting computer
This processing is technically necessary in order to establish the connection and additionally serves system security and the defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No conclusions are drawn about individual persons. A processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the service provider.
Technologies used
Technically necessary cookies are set so that the site works and your consent decision can be stored. All other processing takes place solely on the basis of your consent.
We use a consent management platform to obtain and administer consent. It stores your decision and ensures that services requiring consent are loaded only after you have agreed. The legal basis for its use is the legal obligation to demonstrate consent under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The consent management button at the edge of the page lets you reopen and change your selection at any time.
The overview below lists the services used on this site with their purpose, legal basis, provider and storage period. It is generated from our consent management system and is therefore always at the same status as the choice offered to you.
Overview of the services used
The information comes from our consent management system and is therefore always at the same status as the choice offered to you.
Not included in this overview are services that work without consent and are therefore not part of the consent management system. This concerns the spam protection of the contact form: it checks in the browser whether a request comes from a human being, sets no cookies and creates no profile across sites. The check runs only once you touch the form. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interests in defending against automated requests.
Also not included is the processing of your contact enquiry itself. You will find more on this in the section on contacting us.
Fonts
The fonts used on this site are delivered from our own server. No connection to third-party servers takes place in doing so, and no data is transferred to third parties.
Contacting us
If you write to us by email or via a contact form, we process the details you provide in order to deal with your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Your name, your email address and the name of your company are required for this.
The legal basis is our legitimate interests in answering your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties. Your data is erased as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
Disclosure and third countries
Your data is transferred to a third country only in so far as this is unavoidable with the services named above. In that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- Right of access to the data processed about you under Art. 15 GDPR
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data under Art. 16 GDPR
- Right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR
- Right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR
- Right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests under Art. 21 GDPR
- Right to withdraw consent given, with effect for the future, under Art. 7(3) GDPR
To exercise them, a message to privacy@salesfive.com is sufficient.
Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (Bavarian Data Protection Supervisory Authority) as the authority responsible for us.
Changes
We adapt this policy as soon as the services used or the legal situation change. The version published here at the given time is the authoritative one.
